Orders placed before 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday will ship out the same day.Orders placed after 3PM or on weekends and Holidays will ship out the following business day.Due to high order volumes during Black Friday, ordersmay require an additional time for processing.

We gladly accept returns on all unused merchandise ,except for our down the rabbit hole vag mask due to hygienic safety & sale items, for a refund or store credit within 30 days from purchase date. To ensure the prompt processing of your return ,please know that all items must be unused or unopened. We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn,damaged, laundered or used. If we receive returned goods in any of the above listed conditions, we will dispose of them after advising, If you received a free gift with your purchase and your return reduces the merchandise subtotal of your order below the threshold to earn the free gift, you must return the gift merchandise along with your returned items.  If the free gift is not returned the original value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. The window of time for returns is 30 days from the date the items were purchased.

For an Exchange

In the event that you would like to exchange your purchased items, we kindly ask that you return the items for a refund or store credit and place a new order.  If you would like a refund to your credit card, please follow the instructions for processing a return. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges or waive future shipping charges if the new items value is under $100.  If you would prefer a store credit, please follow the instructions for a return and select store credit from the menu options and we will waive the return shipping fee.

Credits are generally issued within 15-30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise

In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge.
